Kelp forest ecosystems and species are subject to multiple stressors from climate and oceanographic variability. We investigate their resilience via controlled exposure to low oxygen and low pH in our new control system, combined with field monitoring of oceanographic conditions and ecological responses within the Lovers Point State Marine Reserve off Hopkins.
